Player A holds 76,000 RSGP in his or her inventory Both players go to a zone where they will be able to attack eachother. Player B kills Player A and recieves a loot. Then Play B pays the forum gold.

No matter what loot you get you must pay. Unless stated otherwise in a trade agreement.
