That is a Odd Price check but id say 25 Cheese : 1 Fg based on street price of 2k.
I am taking the junk ratio of 1 Fg : 50kgp.

2,000 x 25 = 50,000 = Junk Ratio = 25 Cheese : 1 Forum Gold.

In conclusion, that means the ratio per 1k cheese would be 40fg:1k cheese
