I've seen all F2P quests go for anywhere from 100FG to 600FG. I'd personally charge about 400FG.

1 - 40 Def, That'd run you about 40fg. Though, you'd get quite a bit of that done from Dragon Slayer.

1 - 40 Range, That'd run you about 40fg.

This wouldn't be too hard of a job to find, though, you'd get some Attack & Str & Magic & Prayer from all of the quests, mind you.
