I'd say increase this to 200, at least. Maybe 300.
Farming
Plenty of ways to do this but if you know what you are doing you will pay/receive 1fg:500 - 750 exp exp as payment. Period.
You can do Vine sweeper while you wait on your currently growing harvest.
However, this skill takes patience and many people will throw a ratio of 1fg:250-300 exp at you.
Nothing wrong with that.
For people less than level 45 farming, it should be 250-400. Above 45, 400-700. Should ad that herb runs are usually free and complementary and expensive trees/fruit trees warrent higher ratios (in favor of the person spending the money)

35fg:1k Natures
This should be removed, it is done by EXP
Mining is a pretty consistant 1:500-1:1k ratio
