Dragon chain armour set (l) 5,415,000gp - 5,985,000gp

Dragon chain armour set (sk) 5,035,000gp - 5,565,000gp

Paying in junk you will of course have a bad ratio since Dragon is far from junk.
I'd say about 1fg:10k maybe worse.
Depends on the user mostly.

40fg depending on what is provided.
Usually when a person asks for this to be done, they provide bank access and the use of x amount of money.
