dont have any quests in mind just want some done so i can get more stuff at once by trade

All F2P will add up to a MAX of 350fg depending on supplies.
Most people fall in between the 200-250 range.

do u know how much it is to lvl my attack and def from 30-40 with 17 str?full addy?

Low strength means you'll be paying more.

It would be about 1fg:300 exp gained.

So a max of 80fg.

Should be a max of 60fg.
Keep in mind prices vary depending on the users trust.

Fletching is fairly easy.
It is best you do it yourself.
But I'd say 8 -14fg ( ofc any higher than 8 you're just being greedy.)
