Agility- Depending on the normal things (ie, location, items at use, user, etc), you may be able to get 1:750-1k. However, 1:500 is not bad if you do not have much to offer.
I believe runite is 1:1, not entirely sure so you'll have to come to a compromise with the person doing the job.
Farming would be 1fg:250-400.
Fm is roughly 30fg:1k logs of any kind.
