Not to second guess but it depends on the level.
If you are level 40 fishing and wanting 1k lobbies, I've seen people do that at 175fg:1k.
Same goes for shark.
You're looking to pay an extra 75fg or so to get it done.
If you have a sufficient level for it, then usually it is 180-200:1k
