20fg:1k rune essence is the regular price but a trusted person could get 30-40:1k

You would probably be charged by the rune essence mined. Since you'd have a bad pickaxe and you'd probably want a non-botter since this is the EASIEST botted task,
The price you're looking at is 40fg:1k Rune Essence - 50fg:1k Rune Essence.

how much is a divine sheild?

how much is 45-50 agility? and 40-45 herb

1:500 for agility
Herb will be around 30-40fg:1k pots (Unfinished Potions)
Or 60-80fg:1k if herbs + vial of water + 2nd ingridients.

Depends on method; Alching, and stunning are done at ~25-35:1,000. Bursting/baraging lobs you will pay more for of corse, For melee strikes bepends what you want it done on, banking time if it's not just a sit and shoot etc
