Basically it depends on which crater you're in on how much the points will cost.

I would say 4fg/game. So if you're 100+ - 100fg. Otherwise 200fg/133fg for low/medium.

Then use the RSGP to buy Rune Essence. People don't really trade in essence as there's no method which allows it.

Making these (fletching) 25fg to fletch them
Buying them = 242k = 1:10k ratio = 24.2fg
