It all depends on what quests are completed. Since you need 130, I would to the ones that benefit you the most or ones that you choose.
If you have no preference, then I will do the quests that are the least amount with the most quest points.

So if you could make a list, or if you would like me to make a list of the quests, I would be happy to come up with a price for you.
