It isn't recommended on hunting chins until at least lvl 80 because of how slow it is. If you were to find someone and they used 1:1k ratio, I'd say close to 77, which would be a total of 3,774 chins. Most people also add to the price for the GE cost of chins so it would probably be a lot less.
