Gold to Forum Gold ratio is

F2p = 1 Forum Gold 50,000gp
P2p = 1 Forum Gold 100,000gp

Pure Cash ( 15 minute transactions )

F2P =  1 Forum Gold 5000 - 10,000gp
P2P = 1 Forum Gold 10,000 - 20,000gp

The way this is done is by using Junk Trading ( Stuff that is useless )

Other Methods are like Selling Player vs. Player Kills..

Dieing with 76,000gp ( 76k ) is worth 10 Forum Gold
Dieing with 26,000gp ( 26k ) is worth 5 Forum Gold
Dieing with a Abyssal Whip ( Whip Kill ) is worth 100 Forum Gold
Dieing with any other Items is a ratio of 1 Forum Gold per 50,000gp ( 50k ) of worth.
