It really depends on what method you're using for either, as the gp that the person is willing to spend will greatly increase the experience for hour, which increases the xp:fg.

Any idea on the specifics?

/e: The general amount for each of these is about 1,000 to 1,200 actions per hour, so if you just gather the exp per action and how much fg/hour you're willing to pay/are looking for, it's fairly easily calculated.
