Junk method p2p = 1:50k
Junk method f2p = 1:100k
76k kills = 15fg each
dboot kills = 35-45fg each
whip kills = 100-200fg each
bgs kills = ~700fg-800fg each

There are other custom kills of course, but those are the main\popular ones.
