Depends alot of the time...

1,000,000 Gp as a PvP Kill is 35-50fg
1,000,000 Gp Farmed \ Clue Scrolled is 20fg:1mill
1,000,000 Gp Junk Method is 20fg

Between 1:750 and 1:1250, depending on the length of the job, trustworthiness of the person, summoning level of the account, etc.
