it will be 1fg:900-1250xp, considering you have 40+ mining.

ok so it will be 1fg:1k xp so just calculate how much xp is worth 300k there is ur answer.

yes i am aware. iron isn't mine'd by money that is what i am trying to tell you sir. figure out how much xp an iron ore is worth. it is worth 255 gp. so you need 1150 mined. so take 1150 * by how much xp an iron ore is divide that by 750 and you have the amount of fg you need to pay.
