(mix & mingle the ratio's if using more than one)
For example:
1:350slayer
1:25k cash made
1:5 charms picked up

(just an example)

Most people would do a low slayer exp ratio, and just ask people to pick up charms\worth drops.
Example: 1:200exp
But if you'd like to include it in the pay, your normally up the other ratios, example stated above (1:350 exp, 1:25k cash made, 1:5 charms)
So its balanced out, you understand now?

hunter - 1: 650-750exp
Mining (I assume granite) - 1:700exp
