Thieving? 1:750 if you want them to pickpocket (for money)
1:1.5k if its at Pyramid Plunder

31rc ? Runecrafting doesn't effect thieving.
If your asking for the ratio for runecrafting at 31..

It's about 1fg:100-150exp (for that low of a level)
Also depends on what method your doing.. Thats the typical ratio though.

tl;dr version:

Thieving-
Pickpoketing - 1:750
Pyramid Plunder - 1:1500

Runecrafting-
Runecrafting - 1:100-150

Price of filling an entire penance horn in Barbarian Assault.
