depending on def and areas available for training it can change the ratio

but your most likely going to get a 1:2k

ur looking at anywhere between 1fg per 1k-2k xp made...depending on lvl

If you have acess to living rock its more around 1:1.3k ish
No acess to living rock\power mining would be 1:600 - 1:900
