If I dont have the 91 in say fishing/farming, I can buy this, Get assistance in the skill from someone with over 91 ect, ans then I can use it and get the exp?

No. Someone with 91 Fishing or Farming comes and assists me, and they get 15K Xp. I then charge them for the 15K Xp.

IE: Farming. You're saving yourself 250K on a Magic seed, saving whatever the cost is for protecting it, and saving the risk of it dying. Also the time for planting, and the time for checking. That's what I'm charging you for here.

Farming is a higher cost one, obviously. Something like 30K Hunter XP Obviously is only going to be 15-25FG.
