Junk F2P > 1:80k-120k

Junk P2P > 1:40k-60k

so, i put a retarded item up like a fire rune on grand exchange
i send them fg, they buy it with gold

Wrong, Junk method, say you buy Maple logs(20gp each) make them into maple longbow(u) {~60gp each} you will sell these to the person giving you gold with FG added.

And the Pure RSPG way, is like someone picks up a comon item worth alot, (Dragon Scales) Player 1(buying the RSPG) runs picks up the scales trades the person selling gold(player 2) player to then drops the scales waits for Player 1 to pick more up, and so on and so forth.
