They are super rare.. you can only get like 60 rolls for it I think per account per year. And you have to skill for like 15 hours per account. I tried to get one with 25 accounts last xmas with no luck

And you need to be a member to turn in the rolls, but you can earn them f2p. Event is a month long

I think it was like 1 in 5k rolls I don't think they confirmed the exact rarity
