Rules:
1. Do NOT login to account until job is completed (a pause on the service can be paused on buyers request on longer services)(can be denied)
2. Half payment up front other hald after job is complete.
3. Canceling job forfeits upfront payment unless I have to cancel job (If i cancel job you will get full refund)
4. Once terms have been agreed on and upfront payment has been recieved terms cannot be changed unless approved by me
5. For Smithing, Cooking, Fletching, Summoning, Firemaking, and other skills like this, you must have all the items to get required level or I will be charging a higher price to gather.
