turtle or ice witch 1 is better over all..becuase i want to make ethier ice or turtle..they said ice got more hit but turtles better if u get to kno how to use his high angle with shot 2..witch will beat ice 1v1!

ice, easier shots... more life... less vulnerability... easier to master.

Also ice lowers def by 5 every hit with second shot but I think turtle would win in a 1v1 because turtles hits harder so if u can make the hits you'll win, Ice is good for team like I said it lowers def and lowering the def in a 1v1 wouldnt matter

If you know High Angles, go for Turtle. If you don't, go for ice.

Go with ice, Because if your with Turtle and u cant get ur angle well im sorry you just screwed. Even if you get ur angle ur gonna have to kno ur formula for the wind and angle, which makes it even difficult. With ice u can basically use the same power even if wind changes slightly and same angle to hit them.

yea..if i were u id master ice high angle..later on when ur pro with ice go to turtle ull get hang of it once u noe the formula n all that

You can play turtle with low angle or high angle, its just harder to have both water hit at low angle when it doesnt connect.. Ice is only better when it accumulates enough -def on opponent.. Turtle is better period. Turtle's SS can do over 600++ if done correctly with no support.. Turtle is better than ice in my opinion if u know how to use it. Ice is weak in defense, turtle is strong in defense. Ice's SS suck ass, Turtle SS owns if you can do it correctly. Turle > Ice.
