Ok this is whats going on.
I have my old account im trying to attach a different email address because the one I have originally to it has been removed from cox's data base. So I change my address and says it does it succsessfully and then I go to verify my new one....I get no confirmation. I made another one in the past and its doing the same thing as my older one. And on top of it all when ever I try to contact customer service while im LOGGED IN it tells me to keep logging in and doesnt ever allow me to email for help. Anyone know an email I can send to them outside of their system? Its getting crazy. Thanks for your help.
