how do you get the start button to work in GUNBOUND

i press play live... everything works and got updated

and then when the start button comes up i click it a hundred times and it still doesnt work...

i tried uninstalling and deleting files and it still doesnt work... i try to reinstall it a hundred times and the start button never works...

tell me how to FIX THIS!!!
