You can get that ratio with gold not G coins.

I've traded any where from 70 G coins for 325 - 350fg.
Its true not alot of people do spend money where in my case I would have to spend if you needed.

The only way a person can send you G coins since you can't send G coins, would be for someone to purchase a card that you buy at like 7-11 stores. You can purchase $10, and $25. Gift card to get G coins. The person would have to pm you the pin numbers located on the back of the gift card.
