I'm pretty positive it's impossible to kill an elite on dawn with these skulls without assassination. Emped one with the plasma pistol, stuck him twice and used a full pistol clip into his head, still nothing. So I got about half thru on solo and I'm at a point where the elites won't let me assassinate them anymore :( need a partner
