The game is so sick, while it isn't anything on par with H1,2,3 campaigns, it was graphically amazing and the story was amazing. i could cry its so good.

Although its a public and quite common opinion, I think that the librarian cloned/made a copy of Cortana. Her job, when she was alive, was to catalog every living thing in the universe. Considering half of the beginning blips of cortana are talking about how she was the first AI to be made from human DNA, I think that the Librarian copied/cloned/fixed/restored her and she is alivvvvvvvve.

TL;DR Librarian cloned Cortana. We will see her again.

I figure she will be fully human. Won't lie, I felt bad for John. You could see his grief even with a helmet on.
