I've never seen a decent argument for having sprint in a competitive gametype. Thoughts?

It's retarded to have Sprint. If u have no sprint and do something stupid ur gonna get punished for it. No sprint makes the game more knowledge based and strategic than run to other side and cause havoc.

They slowed down base movement speed from other halo's to compensate for sprint and other abilities.

Adding sprint actually adds more strategy.

If you're knowledge and strategy was so good you would be able to cope with it like EVERYONE does.


Go back to H3 if you don't want to adapt

It doesn't have anything to do with not adapting just because it's new, it has to do with not adapting because it's a horrible mechanic. It's fine in TS or something where it's just running and gunning, but in competitive gametypes it's just useless.

There's a reason they removed it from MLG, and it's not just because it's new :rofl:
