if u buy the game in store do u need to play on reach to play the maps? i dont seem to really understand how it works right now. cuz i see that it has "map pack" downloadable for cheaper. but... u also can buy the disc..

The disc will include the actual CE Anniversary. The map pack is basically an add-on to Anniversary; they're just maps for playing Reach on. I assume you'll need Reach to play them, unless there's some form of limited offline multiplayer on the Anniversary disc.

The game only comes with 1 disc, that being the Campaign disc. The maps are a Redeemable code, along with a few other things like a 2 day gold trial ect ect. You still use your normal reach disc. Also the maps are available for download on the marketplace, they are 1200 points.

If you trade Anniversary back in they probably only give you like 5$ then.

Yeah it's a pretty shitty deal. I won't trade mine in for the fact the it is CE, high fucking definition. The campaigan along with the couple of really good remakes makes it worth the money to me. Not to mention my brother works for gamestop, so I got it cheaper then it really was ^^

But yeah, the trade in value if you used the code, which I don't see why you wouldn't would be complete shit. Maybe not 5 dollars, probably ~10.

Is the new Campaign very good? I was thinking about buying it, I haven't played the CE campaign in like a year.

If you liked the Halo campaign in its original form then, yes. I loved every minute I played of CE when it was first released. Although it was nothing close the first time I played the game, it was still very fun. The multiplayer maps as well are even somewhat decent. A few remakes in particular I'm sure will make MLG as they are PERFECT.

I honestly don't give two shits about the MP maps, I was just going to buy the campaign disc off eebay or something and not spend the extra money.
