How do you unlock this in Reach? Anyone knows?
I tryed to google it but wasnt able to find anything.

you need to buy the chest piece called collar/breecher (or something like that) and then you'll unlock another armor thats pretty much the exact same, but will have the robot arm. i had the some trouble trying to figure it out too hahah. also, the armor is going to cost about 80000 credits.

I was talking about HP/Parafoil (R).
