But I know what you are saying OP. for Swat you have to be real tiwtchy, but when you play snipers which is slower and more methodical, it ruins your reaction time.

well my sniper speed is amazing fast i snipe at sensitivity 8-10 and i also play swat on that but i belive that after work and stuff my nerves are shot..... and my reaction time is alot slower when im done with work..

You went from a game type that required skill (snipers) to one that requires little to no skill (swat.) If you want to maintain a level of competition, stay in the playlist that challenges you. I know that to obtain the ultimate of skill in the game I should be playing MLG. However, I love doubles, and every once in a while there is a team that is truly challenging. I play better when I am motivated by difficulty. Maybe you do too.
