My Xbox isn't set up right now but....
Go to the my Xbox section and the tab next to the Play game or w/e (directly to the right)
Click on that and in there, it should tell you your email MS points left etc along with gamer scores and % completion of game achievements.
EDIT: If I'm semi off sorry but it's close to around that area.
