Hey Jon, I have a GB question that perhaps you'd be able to help with?

A friend of mine had an account, but forgot the password to it and the email expired (90 days thing), so he made a second account and tried to put his GT on the new account but it was already linked to another account so he wasn't able to. After an hour or so of trying, he got into his original account and un-linked the GT, but he can't put it on the new account now. Anything he can do?
