I'm always gonna keep whey just to add an xtra 75 grams of protein or so a day..that's about all that's important really..there's many other supps that'll help that aren't that expensive at all, it's just if you wanna really buy em
Mandatory:
Whey(not really required but it's really handy to be able to get alot more protein so easily)
fish oil(need)
multi vit(need)
then creatine/bcaa's/beta-alanine are all good as well as just other goodies here and there you could take
there's also something i've been looking in to, its been shown to naturally increase your testosterone production(no test booster) and it's not fake like test boosters and shit, it really works..but it takes awhile to kick in..i think i'm gonna try some of it, it's called, DAA(D-aspartic acid)
