As far as raw speed, I'm not entirely sure to be honest. I don't go for just really fast shit. Check out (this is the type of shit I listen to):
- Carcass - Heartwork
- At the Gates - The Red Sky is Ours
- Dissection - Storm of the Lights Bane
- Revocation - Existance is Futile
- Anything by Skeletonwitch
As far as drumming goes, however... I'd say almost any band with Gene Hoglan in it were good (Death, Testament, Dark Angel, Old Man's Child, etc), as well as Inferus from Behemoth, Devourment/Disgorge have savage drummers, but that's probably not your cup of tea.
