Lol, gonna be spending a bit on a new laptop. Would like to keep it in the 200's. I just need a decent one. I don't want top of the line. And the tv is reg right now gonna be upgrading soon. Not sure how soon though.

well i have the haupuage hd pvr. its pretty damn good quality. but its $200 but if you have a reg tv and want a capcard for now just try the dazzle dvc100, but make sure to use the s-video cable bc the reg yellow one isnt as good

I have the whole dazzle dvc 110 hook up its slightly betetr than the 100 and I have all the cables and everything msg me on aim
