So I called in Sony today about my lame laptop that is apparently their fault. They are unable to fix the problem, but only able to replace the fan each time it messes up. So by showing "we want the best for our customers", they gave me and the rest who have this model an extra 36month warranty. I don't want warranty, I want this to be fixed and never happen again from a mistake that is not mine.
Secondly, every place I call in for support has to always have a foreign person speaking. So this Indian woman has this thick accent that I could barely understand. It took me 30 minutes to resolve these question and answers when it should only take 5 minutes.
The funny part was I asked her at what estimated time will the technician arrive at my place? She replied, "Sir, I am still processing at the moment so if you could please bare with me in a moment of silent."
