How many loses till a booster works well?

I've curently got 43 wins and 228 loses --In dubz

how many more loses till the boost works efficiantly?

well i tried him out and played with him and my other acct and won -- just to c if he'd go up == only went up 1 -- 9 to 10 :/ and not very much losses on him like 2 or 3
