Get 2 people with 3 guests each, those 2 people can get 1st and 2nd for guaranteed exp while the guests all afk.

Actually, now that I think about it I think if one team gets 10 and all other teams get 0 then the other 3 teams all tie for 2nd and everyone gets exp.
