you are still going to go through all the process of the court but you will have to plead self defense in the hearing. if it is self defense the cops still are going to press charges against you because that is only a DEFENSE in court. self defense doesn't get you "out of the crime" its just a defense in the hearing, they still have to make sure it was with an investigation.

tl;dr
hire a good lawyer, claim self defense in hearing and provide proof.

and @ theo damn your car is slow nigga. im pretty sure my car is as fast as that and its an automatic. my car can hit 45 in first right before it gets to the "red line" which is i think 7000 or 7500 rpm.
