If a neutral host is desired a person who both parties agree on can be the neutral host. In the instance of a neutral host the neutral host must go to a place where he will not block spawns or block VERY few spawns in order to keep the game fair. In the instance of a neutral host, both parties will go to the neutral host once he has found the spot and then allow him to kill them so they both get fair and even spawns.

I don't agree on a neutral host at all.

You start the game, you should get host if your connection is so " GOD ".

Called jumping to the bottom of the map and making both you jump off while you get shot once by the guy at the bottom of the map for neutral spawns after it.
