Yeah for real, and being sponsored by warheads wouldnt be too bad. Better than not being sponsored at all. League is down and I cant solo que this is retarded.

I think you meant "Halo" was dropped from the circuit? And where have you seen this? I know it's been talked about but haven't seen anything about it being dropped

I just read this post, sundance has been tweeting a lot and it hasnt been officially dropped, but id be willing to bet that halo wont be at anaheim.

This. Anaheim has never been a good event, even at Halo's peak... it wouldn't make sense to have it during the decline.

Yeah but at the same time bringing halo to the west coast would include all of Oregon, California and Washington. During halo 3 this was some of the main population.

West coast events never really sold a lot of passes. I think the biggest Anaheim event might of had maybe 140-160 teams. The best events are in the midwest and Columbus this year didn't even cover prize money and there was a decent turn out for it, so just doesn't really make sense to have a west coast event for Halo Reach.

At one point Washington, was one of the most prevalent halo communities. Have you never heard of wolfmayyne loki ? etc, columbus only sold about 150 passes if im not mistaken. It wouldnt take much for Anaheim to sell out like that.

There are a lot of people on the west coast, but honestly most of the community is in the Ohio, New Jersey, and Texas areas. Columbus this year had about 180 passes sold, and Anaheim in the peak of competitive Halo never got close to that. The community is slowly dying, nobody wants to play Reach.

Edit: There are a ton of Florida players too.

Were you at columbus? They said it was one of the better reach events. But I feel like they are already coming to anaheim. Why not have halo?

Yeah I was there, it was one of the best Reach events but it also didn't even cover prize money. From a business standpoint it doesn't make sense to go to a location that has never sold out or even got close to selling out when an event which normally always sells out, doesn't even cover the prize money. If they have halo in Anaheim then I'll be extremely happy, but by no means do I expect them to knowingly throw money in the trash.
