No a good K/D ratio means nothing, it only means that you get significantly more kills than deaths.

Just because your team is good that doesn't mean shit, I've had games where I got like 4 kills and we still won, a win doesn't make you a good player.

You can't get lucky wins every time. If someone plays 1,000 games of high level MLG and has a 70% win percentage, I'm calling him a good player regardless of his KDR. I had a like 66% win ratio in H3 MLG but my KDR was only around 1. It's because I knew how to win games, not just stat whore(Which many people, even at a very high level, do).

Yeah, ranks made halo more competitive because people would try to win and actually play. Thats why i only play MLG because people are actually trying to win most of the time.

Its easier 2 get lucky wins than get a good k/d without skill.

No it isn't LOL. Going positive is incredibly easy regardless of the level of play. If you concentrate solely on your own stats, going negative is pretty much impossible honestly.

This... anyone can it in a corner and just shoot at people and rack up kills without dying... winning is an entirely different story
