i think the half life of a radio active carbon atom is something like 12,000 years i think i maybe mixing this up with the other radioactive dating.
but there is this equation they use that has not be proven wrong in laboratories or in the field, that uses radioactive dating.

like they think they're ways of measuring how old things are are right, i just don't think they are correct at all

i know where you are coming from like i said i believe in a God i just don't believe everything the Bible says.

when science has more evidence than a book im going to go with science.
lets put it this way if light travels so far in one year. ok pretend we are traveling to the middle of our galaxy it will take us 27,000 years to get there if we are going the speed of light... (but to us in the spaceship it will only be 2,700 years based on a couple theories which was proven right by flying a concord jet across the atlantic ocean, the clock on it was like .00005 seconds off)

it's not 100% fact that they're right though.
it can't be, there could be errors(i think so) and they aren't right. it's not 100% accurate thing like math is, everyone knows that
measuring how old things are isn't a factual thing its something they developed hoping to be right which they just believe they are

Depends on your believes - if you have different beliefs then you hold completely different paradigms of what proofs are. For instance, I'm a Christian and believe that both general and divine revelations are proof that God exists. (A non-believer doesn't even believe in revelation.)

what i am stating is factual i can show you proof that it exists there is no belief's or anything. it is proven.
