The problem is I still like reach rank doesn't matter to me cause when you get 25 plus kills in every match in slayer and any other gametype you know your good
I play for fun and still own the average no life nerd
But it gets anoying playing against noob that are forunners
So halo 3 was best

The intention of a ranking system is to ensure competition. That is the only reason why someone would choose to play Team Slayer rather than Social Slayer in Halo 3. If they want to poop on noobs, they play Social. If they want some more competition, level 50 TS can offer that. The skill system of H2 and H3 was great but could also have been tweaked to ensure the longevity of competition, rather than everyone eventually floating to the top and diluting the highest of competition.

I know many people who stopped playing Reach solely because there wasn't a well implemented ranking system. They didn't think the game was very good or bad, but that it lacked the competitive nature that previous games had, only found in the ranked playlists.

To point to MLG and say that is the end all, be all of competition isn't a universal opinion, and to say that is not to deny that it is competitive. However, many people don't prefer the game customizations found in MLG, and MLG doesn't offer specialized playlists that some players prefer, such as ranked snipers and doubles.

It was difficult to decipher what you just said, but from what I could gather, you are dumb and nothing you said relates to my post.

and i was a 50 in team slayer
yes the mlg players know the respawns a lot better and always know where people are at all times somehow, but theyre better in skill then a 50 slayer
messed up controls?.. well i dont know about that, all the previous halo controls have been pretty much the same
