grades, good driving, age all have a part to it... besides... males between 18 and 24 have the highest rates of anyone... after every year it goes down with age and it takes a substantial drop at 25... dont speed, get in accidents or do anything stupid and it should be relatively cheap depending on the type of coverage and the car being insured...

LOL... 86 in 70 is nothing around here. All major roads are 70 and you don't really get pulled over under 90. 5 lanes too hard to get people with a radar gun.

I got ticket at ashburn, and i was told i should ALWAYS go to court -- cops sometimes [ roughly 30-50% ] are never there. If @ court, what do i do? just listen, plead guilty, then pay? lol.
first ticket, besides the one where i got owned for jaywalking.

so would i have to go to court nearest to ashburn? >_> becuase i dont live there and its gay.

Cop doesn't show=dismissed I believe.
NJ has a no chase clause so anything like 10 + over if they're stationary they won't really come after you. Most cops don't sit still on highways here they do like 95 to get to the next group of cars and radar gun the fastest and bam.
