Yeah, I put up doubles 5x months ago. I don't even do barbell but I stopped working out for 3 months after that because of my shoulder. Will tell you what I get tomorrow (chest day)

and nice then, but get at me on the lifts im actually half good at it lol i've always had a bad bench compared to other stuff..
besides i had to take almost a year off and these are my lifts now....
it was like last year lifted from april-july so 4 months there, then had to stop for various sports until this april-now which would be 3 months so 7 months total
